paperclips gives undefined method error for has_attached_file

gemfile:

source 'http://rubygems.org'
gem 'rails', :git => 'git://github.com/rails/rails.git'
gem 'pg'
gem 'paperclip', :git => 'git://github.com/thoughtbot/paperclip.git', :branch => 'rails3'

Had the same issue
gem 'paperclip', :git => 'git://github.com/JasonKing/paperclip.git', :branch => 'rails3'
workarounded it

Yeah this is defnitely broken at the moment - at least in rails3beta3.
This issue is a dup of - http://github.com/thoughtbot/paperclip/issues/issue/190

As a work around, you can add the line
include Paperclip
In your model just above the attempt to call has_attached_file.
