Here is a preliminary support for Windows target using MinGW toolchain. As I have no access to Windows development machine, this code was used to cross-compile Numpty Physics for Windows on Linux.

This port requires galogen. I didn't come up with a sane way to make it configurable, so for now it should be edited directly in

Surprisingly, I didn't find anything similar on internet, so I was tempted to make it myself. I don't expect to work on it any further, so I'm opening this PR for someone else to pick-up. It would be better if it will be pulled into separate branch until ready.

Side note. To deploy this on Windows XP, older version of Glib run-time is required there. Version lower than 2.55 should be fine. I've tested the resulting executable on Windows XP, using recent versions of other libraries.
