Where is the /users/Name supposed to go... #12

The username is linked to /users/. Devise doesn't have a show for users, seems to be a list of all that user's messages and basic profile.

Probably need some example options or something in the wiki.

Also how would we change this url should we need/want to?

Hey @srussking - excellent question. What do you think about a config option where you could assign a lambda that can do that work for you?

Thredded.config.user_path = -> { |user| "/random/place/for/#{user}" }

I like this plan, seems more flexible, and then we could target that in the views.

@srussking just pushed an update to master. See the README for details on how to hook it up and let me know if there are any issues.
