On tb-planning, a localizer brought up that https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Projects/Thunderbird/Thunderbird_Localization is the main link under Translation on the Get Involved page, however this page has a lot of old information and doesn't even link to Pontoon, which is the main l10n tool for Thunderbird now.
We should either clean up the MDN page, link directly to Pontoon, or both.
