Better Reliability

The idea is to have 2 versions of the application:
- A "preview" or "next" version which doesn't guarantee up time (especially at month end) and will have more bleeding edge features.
- A "stable" version which runs on a reliable paid service which guarantees up time and will be slower in feature roll out (see here for to reduce hosting service cost).
