Is systemd-resolved even used in the image when not running systemd? In other words, most containers just run the service itself and not systemd, so does this even effect them?

New tar files are available on partner-images/core. What do you think @tianon? Is it worth a rebuild of Ubuntu images?

The only time I've used it on my host was for nspawn containers, let alone inside a container, so IMO we should wait a few days and see if bionic tarballs show up.
