    again.
  3. adds support for attack-hold-release envelope

Ben Gold committed May 4, 2016
new params `attack` `hold` and `release` are defined. `attack` and
`release` must be specified (>= 0) for the envelope to take effect,
`hold` time defaults to zero. For example, `d1 $ sound “rave” # attack
“0.1” # release “0.2”` will play the sample with an attack time of 0.1
seconds and an instant release of 0.2 seconds.

Ben Gold committed Feb 9, 2016
The global delayfeedback parameter was getting reset to zero whenever
another event arrived with the default value (-1). This change should
    fix that.

  2. Fix for sound vs s & n params

Ben Gold committed Jan 28, 2016
The change to the `samplename` wasn’t actually happening until after
the file was loaded, which resulted in “sound” not working properly.
So I’ve moved some code to the beginning of audio_play to fix this.
