The following code reliably creates a segfault:

library(dplyr)
expand.grid(group = 1:2, y = 1, x = 1) %>%
    group_by(group) %>%
    do(fit = lm(data = ., y ~ x)) %>%
    arrange(fit)

This is arguably not a sensible thing to be doing in the first place, but presumably it should fail more gracefully, if at all. For context, I had the call to 'lm' wrapped in 'try' and thought this might give me a quick & dirty look at which groups didn't get fitted properly.

This is with the current development version of dplyr, on OS X El Capitan.
