margins option of facet_grid insufficiently documented #435

In the documentation for facet_grid, the margins parameter is described as:

logical value, should marginal rows and columns be displayed

In fact, margins can also take on a (vector of) character values which specify which variables/margins are to be computed. This functionality was requested in Issue #3, but never documented.

Any change you'd be willing to contribute a few sentences? You can probably mostly copy from dcast
