Not sure if it is something on my end or not, but when we go to view a ticket the screenshots sections stays on the loading spinning circle image and this prevents the rest of the page from loading.
It has happened on the last 3 tickets on our account.

Thanks Chris. I have sent an example to that email.
I think it might be something to do with the OS version as ones created from Windows 10 work fine, but ones created from Windows 7/Posready09/XP have this issue.
Now that windows 7 is no longer supported my microsoft we are not putting effort to make it work flawlessly. That said, it is still working in all of our tests. Posready09/XP are not supported by us though. I am going to go ahead and close this issue, but thank you for letting us know. If you find any issues in supported OS's please let us know.
