Feature Request

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

TiDB is not the only application built over TiKV. There are a lot of others around the TiKV ecosystem, for example, Tedis. For these applications, they usually want push-down capability similar to TiDB.

Describe the feature you'd like:

Make Coprocessor pluggable. Users can write a plugin to substitute the current TiDB Query Coprocessor. The plugin is able to register new services, and perform MVCC / Txn operations according to the request.
