  1. Replace "cmethod" and "imethod" with "+" and "-".

    Tim Burks committed
I have come to prefer these because they are more consistent with Objective-C.
    I would like to deprecate/eliminate cmethod/imethod.

  1. Changes to allow Nu to run with GNUstep-base on Linux.

    Tim Burks committed
Tested on Debian "Etch" running under VMware.
NuFound (aka libFoundation) support is now dropped,
since GNUstep is actively-maintained and contains
important features missing in libFoundation, notably
    UTF-8 support.
Because the Linux build is running on the GNU
Objective-C runtime, the "throw" operator is not
available, and because the Nu "match" operator
is currently a heavy user of "throw", use of
the "match" operator should be avoided on Linux.

  1. Removed the NuZero class.

    Tim Burks committed
Since nil ([NSNull null]) is now bridged as a zero-valued pointer,
we no longer need the NuZero class, so it is now removed along
with the symbols NULL and ZERO. Use nil in their place.

  1. Testing improvements from Patrick Thomson.

    Tim Burks committed
Patrick submitted a patch that adds an assert_throws
macro to nutest. Now we can easily and explicitly
confirm that exceptions are thrown on error conditions.
