    The problem is that if you have a calender_date_select tag within a
    scrollable div.  The offset gets calculated from the divs initial
    position, so if you scroll the div up, then click, your date select
    picker ends up three or four screens down the page.
    
    Luckily, the fix is insanely easy.
    
    Just change 'cumulativeOffset' in the positionCalendarDiv with 'viewportOffset'.
