按离线安装的流程，在ubuntu下会报错（理论上centos应该也会报错）， containerd/config.toml.j2没做https相关的配置，应该有类似下面的配置才行

      [plugins."io.containerd.grpc.v1.cri".registry.configs."registry.custom.local:12480".tls]
          insecure_skip_verify = true

系统里面有残留软件包，影响了部分role流程， 清掉以后没问题了
