@syvb what about adding dependabot to manage the dependencies? We can do that in another PR |

@alejandrodnm We don't pin the minor/patch versions, so the only dependency updates we need to are versions with breaking changes - which we can't automate with Dependabot, because we usually need to update vectorscale with the breaking changes. |

Updates the pgrx version to the latest version, 0.12.5. This will let us add PG17 support next.
This has merge conflicts with #94 so it should be merged after it.
