Someone created a Bloomberg API Emulator so now we wouldn't need a Bloomberg account to build this API implementation.

Here's the emulator: http://bemu.codeplex.com/

Looks ideal - and promotes the idea of XChange bridging the gap between Bitcoin and traditional exchanges.

Please could you explain me what the "Bloomberg Market Data API" can be used for ?
I am not familiar with such things : ).

The "Bloomberg Market Data API" can be used to get market data from the company called Bloomberg. They sell stock, bond, future, and forex prices, and it costs a lot of money for the data. They have an API where you can get the data automatically using a computer program.

closing this as I think it's now a wise move for XChange to focus only on crypto currencies.
