This is a proposal in PR-form. Range support (#12) has been dormant for a long time, and the rejection of the headers currently prevent manual handling of Ranges.

This PR would open up for such manual handling, at least until such time that built-in range handling can be supported.

Ping @tomaka sorry for pushing, but I'm a bit blocked on this. Would really appreciate some feedback, to decide whether I can continue using tiny-http, or if I need to look for something else.

While waiting for built-in support of Range requests, issue#12, this allows
tiny-http to be used for manual implementations.
