Since tinygo does not support flag package currently, is there a way to get around this problem?

A the moment I do not believe that we even have a way to access CLI arguments at all, aside from using CGO. However, I do not see anything major blocking this from being implemented.

Exactly, we need to add support for the os.Args array, which should be initialized from here:

func main() int {
