Reduces the TypeScript source tree from many tiny helper modules to six cohesive files: action, install, cache, debuggers, wdk, and main. This keeps the previous maintainability refactor but removes unnecessary navigation overhead.\n\nChecks run:\n- npm.cmd run build\n- PowerShell parser checks for scripts\n- git diff --check
