NameDay

Usage

GET request to: nameday.tiste.io/namedays/YYYYMMDD.json

You can go further by sending a GET request to: nameday.tiste.io/namedays/YYYYMMDD.json... Wait, no, that's all.

Request gives you jsonp data containing the date, gender and name:

nameday(
  [
    {
      "date": 20140126,
      "gender": "f",
      "name": "Paule"
    }
  ]
)

Warning: To enable cross-domain requests, you have to set a callback. Since it's a Middleman application, there's a fixed callback: nameday
You can view an example here.
