The following APIs make it easier for a filter processor servant to find out if a port is disabled or enabled.

bool tiz_filter_prc_is_port_disabled (void *ap_obj, const OMX_U32 a_pid);
bool tiz_filter_prc_is_port_enabled (void *ap_obj, const OMX_U32 a_pid);
