clients-youtube: skipping to a new song takes too long the first time, faster after that #291

This occurs because the first time, the pafy object needs to be instantiated. Once the pafy object is instantiated, going back and forth to that song is fast.

This could be resolved by using Python's 'multithreading' module to instantiate pafy objects in the background as much as possible.
