tplay: http server graph fsm does not need transitions for seek, volume, mute and pause events. #30

The http server graph implements a simple http streaming radio application, it does not require seek, volume, mute or pause events.

The Skip event will be kept for now (although its key binding is currently disabled on the console). This is to allow implementing radio stations with skip capabilities in the near future (e.g. ala spotify).
