webm_demuxer: not enough input data results in the nestegg object not initializing correctly #408

With some youtube streams (see #403), and the current port configuration in the tunnel http_source -> webm_demuxer, the nestegg demuxer appears to run out of data to parse, which results in initialisation failure.

The solution is to increase the amount of data output by the http_source to make sure the nestegg object does not starve during initialistation.
