tplay: http server graph fails to configure the station correctly when the first song is non-CBR #50

graph::httpservops::configure_station calls "probe_stream" to generate a probe object that is used to infer a feasible station genre. If this probe_stream fails because the first mp3 file is non-CBR, then the station configuration is not achieved.

Solution is to remove the call to "probe_stream" and in the future, receive the station genre from tplay's command line (see #49).
