This is a refactoring issue. The current getopt_long-based command line interface is incomplete and buggy at best.

Refactor tizplay.cpp and split it in different modules (using boost::program_options) to implement a better command line interface that can fix the current issues and be able to better accomodate more options in the future.

New command line interface should fix, among other things:

  • multiple uris should be supported, alllowing concatenation of recursed directory-based playlists.
  • file uris need to be translated into absolute paths before daemonizing.
