libtizonia: kernel should clear output headers before they are forwarded to the processor object #89

This is a matter of hygiene. If an output header it's been in use for a while in OMX_StateExecuting state, when the component is moved to OMX_StateIdle, output headers may be returned to the kernel with some data and/or "dirty" header fields (i.e. assuming the output port is supplier). If the component is then transitioned back to OMX_StateExecuting, the kernel should make sure that any output headers appear as "clean" as possible when the headers are then re-supplied to the processor object.

This should at a minimum include the clearing of the following header fields:

  • nOffset
  • nFilledLen
  • nFlags
