Discount library needs an update

Discount fails to build on my system (OS X Lion). The issue has been fixed in the current version of Orc/discount so the submodule just needs to be updated in node-discount.

This seems to be fixed in d04aa44, but there is no release in npm yet. This means that typing npm install discount fails on Lion and Mountain Lion. Could you please make a release?

Alright, there /is/ a release, but the tarball in npm doesn't have the submodule checked out. The folder is blank. The previous version 0.2.2 does have the library bundled with it.
