Consider using timestamps instead of migration numbers #2

I remember when RoR migrations were using numbers instead of timestamps and it was a mess.

Bob: creates migration 1-do-nasty-stuff
Alice: creates migration 1-remove-foo
Richard: pulls Bob's and Alice's changes. Pain.

hah! good call. I dont think its a huge huge deal for most people, not like we write migrations every day, but that's definitely valid

plus if you have a conflict like that, chances are you likely need to reevaluate the migrations to make sure they dont conflict logically
