iisnode throws 500 errors when appSettings is encrypted #259

If you encrypt the appSettings section of your web.config using aspnet_regiis, iisnode will not function, and requests will return 500 responses from IIS.

It appears to throw the errors whether you reference the appSetting variables or not.
