eg.

Whitespace is a bit crazy (are you using emacs?)

rootElement, rootArray, and rootArrayRootElement are doing REALLY similar things. I'm gonna sleep on this and figure out how to clean up the EasyXML API and consolidate these settings.

The document you would like to generate can be done with the config setting rootArray: 'dogs'.
