Tabbed Options

Add tabs to the options page as mentioned in #9.

Implemented this in last commit but requires some more testing.

Code has been tidied and tested and I'm quite happy with the outcome. This has made the options page much simpler to navigate and much less overwhelming.

I've also removed expand/collapse functionality as it's no longer required/useful.
