Add more template images

Add more images that will be available for use by templates. Also, replace the existing template images with the versions that don't contain the + (plus) icons.

Ensure that 16x16 images are used from the original image library.

I've changed some of the existing images and 29 more. Below is the updated list of template images along with their file names from the original image library;

Since Cloud9 has initially corrupted the new/changed images (again...) I will need to add each image from the above list again when I get home.
