It's been brought to my attention by user Fred First, that it's not particularly clear why some buttons (e.g. Delete) are disabled.

It would probably be best if there was some sort of indicator explaining why this is happening (e.g. can't delete predefined templates - URL etc). I'm thinking simple (well, fancy) tooltips should do the job, so long as they're only displayed when disabled.

I'm going to include this in the next release as I really want to get v1.2.2 done as it contains critical fixes.

These changes have now been implemented by PR neocotic/template-chrome#4.
