Update JavaScript API, naming and documentation #35

These updates should include, but are not limited to, updating the use of "features" when referencing "templates". This should also involve the renaming of HTML names and IDs as well as CSS selectors.

Extensive testing should be carried out afterwards due to the potential scale and risk associated with these changes.

This task should also involve ensuring that ALL code and documentation is accurate and valid. Also, @param documentation should be checked especially to ensure types are as accurate as possible ({function} should be change to {Function}).

I've looked at this and I believe it's too high risk for the value it'd add. I'll update the documentation but that's it really. The code will still refer to templates as "features".
