Depends on the ability to update user types to be 'subscriber' or 'premium' type

  • get it on the dash
  • get it in the buger
  • get it at the API, i.e. fail requests.

Updated session.py to fail back to the dashboard if the API 405's our new settlement request. This ready to roll.
