- A Legal Guide To Open Works: The Free Software Office of the Xunta de Galicia (located in the northwest of the Iberian peninsula) decided to facilitate the task of releasing content and software by creating an open guide to apply open licences and manage their community. This guide is part of the actions carried out by the Xunta de Galicia, which annually establishes an action plan to promote the increased use of free software in Galicia for business, public administration and citizenship.
