User Experience not ideal if Pow already installed #35

@eccegordo

I tried creating a bare bones rails app

rails new MyApp

Add this vanilla app to Tokaido by browsing to folder

Click "Boot App"

Click on app icon and select "Open in Browser"

Presented with pow welcome screen:

Pow is installed
You’re running version 0.4.0.
Set up a Rack application by symlinking it into your ~/.pow directory. The name of the symlink determines the hostname you’ll use to access the application.

$ cd ~/.pow
$ ln -s /path/to/myapp
$ open http://myapp.dev/

Seems like Tokaido should take care of this issue automatically. Or perhaps detect that Pow is install and handle accordingly.

in my /private/etc/resolver

I have

dev

# Lovingly generated by Pow
nameserver 127.0.0.1
port 20560

and

tokaido

# Generated for Tokaido
nameserver 127.0.0.1
port 30405

I think the resolver is confused.

Can Tokaido install it's own instance of Pow? That seems like more graceful solution and inline with the install everything self contained.

@eccegordo

If it is relevant I also have Anvil the Pow frontend installed.
