We've had a discussion. If possible, derive the city from Postcode?

Maybe add town/cities to search_locations ? That would futureproof it for future, allow search by their names and so on.

The problem would be getting name source. Is there any openly licensed OS dataset?

OpenStreetMap as source is possible but may be less reliable/complete and would require attribution.
