--create-html should keep the created files when not creating a docset #278

Calling appledoc with --create-html when not creating a docset does not keep the created files.

The following command should work as expected, without the need to add more option:

appledoc --create-html --output /tmp/doc/ ...
# I expect to have the created html files in /tmp/doc
# They are removed.

Workaround:
To have the files not be removed, you need to either add --no-create-docset, or --keep-intermediate-files.

Thanks for pointing it out! For the moment being you should use one of the proposed workarounds. I'm focusing my efforts on 3.0 and am only doing quick fixed to master branch.

Great, thank you.
