Unmatched asterisks not parsed properly #96

I sometimes like to include a minor footnote using a single asterisk at the end of a line, with the footnote itself beginning with a single asterisk. The results are rather unexpected...

For example, this markdown:

 - Manual map manipulation*

 * Note: choosing a location via map manipulation ...

results in this output:

• Manual map manipulation**~!#

!~** Note: choosing a location via map manipulation

The "Note:" line is in large bold text, which sort of makes sense. By contrast, the !~** garbage makes no sense whatsoever.

What you see is result of Markdown converting two stars into bold mark. The "garbage" symbols are appledoc preprocessor signs which are used for properly handling example blocks. Although these should be cleaned up in final html. Obviously I'm missing some spots, will check it out. Thanks for reporting it - this is already covered by issue #77, so I'm closing this one.

I just downloaded the current master (49dfef3, unpacks as "tomaz-appledoc-29c8e19"), and am still getting the same behavior.

@tomaz Fixed single and other odd placement of asterisk signs. Closes #96.
**Note:** This should resolve the issue, although the whole processing of single asterisk as bold marker makes the code quite fragile. The best solution would be to revert to standard Markdown and stop handling single asterisk as bold. This might break existing users comments somewhat, but should provide more stable platform for the future...
