It would be also nice to have labels parallel to line and have the possibility of creating offsets for lines as shown in my example

I'll find out whether offsets are possible. I also think I might have seen an OL example of text along a path, but I'm not sure. If you can try to keep different issues separate on here, it does help.

This is about being able to export QGIS lines of type Marker Line, right? That is currently not working, with the following error:

File "C:\Users/Daniel/AppData/Roaming/QGIS/QGIS3\profiles\default/python/plugins\qgis2web\olStyleScripts.py", line 566, in getSymbolAsStyle color = getRGBAColor(props["color"], alpha) KeyError: 'color'

It would be quite important for me to have this feature. I'm experienced with Python, but not with OpenLayers or JS. Can someone please give me a hint as to how to start implementing this?

@andreaordonselli #1048 is a different problem though. It concerns lines of the type Simple Line with a Stroke style other than Solid Line.

This present issue is about lines of the type Marker Line. Whereas the former are just not displayed properly, the latter actually cause an error.

Should we create a new issue for marker lines, alongside the other one I created earlier? Since this one is from 2017. Otherwise I would suggest reopening it.

Even though marker line a different problem, it concerns the same theme, i.e. the style of lines and polygons. Personally I am satisfied if the 2 exports, openlayers and leaflets, are able to provide the user with 3/4 types of line styles, which with different thicknesses and colors can help create excellent web maps. Let's keep the new ticket, I have already noticed that with the right setting dashed lines, dash-dot and dot can be exported.
