4613-Auto-Scout

1.Takes in the team numbers in "prescout teams.txt" (one per line)

2.Get's the team's name, avegF&QF scores for the last event, and finds up to 5 youtube videos from the last event, all using thebluealliance.com's API (see http://www.thebluealliance.com/apidocs)

3.Puts them into a .csv file, formatted such that it can be read by excel
