Replace deprecated apiVersion extensions/v1beta1 with apps/v1

Proposed Changes

• As requested in Helm chart should create apps/v1 Deployment not v1beta1 Deployment #669 this replaces the deprecated apiVersion extensions/v1beta1 with apps/v1
• The other apiVersions of the helm chart should be fine (https://kubernetes.io/blog/2019/07/18/api-deprecations-in-1-16)
• This breaks the helm chart for clusters with a version <1.9 but this should be fine
