Stop inexistent short URLs from being redirected

Redirections happen in yourls-loader.php and then yourls-go.php around line 10. Check if code 301 in index.php and don't redirect if so.

I did experience this behavior with the current version of the plugin, and fixed it for my own install like this: vitorio@9c3dbb1
