+This 'Hello World' equivalent simply blinks the RGB LED. They're high intensity LEDs that will almost

+
+# Usage
+
+* ```make```
+
+    Builds ```chip.bin``` bitstream
+
+* ```make flash```
+
+    Program the bitstream to the device.
+
