Provide HTTP client #2

Currently the transport client (default) and the node client can be used to connect to elastic. This, whist the most performant option, is limiting due to the binary compatibility requirement with the elasticsearch backend version.

This is an enhancement to:

  • Provide a http connection (configurable number).
  • Allow the http connection to sniff other nodes (configurable).
