Currently

When receiving an email notification for a challenge forum, the link inside takes you to an information page about that specific thread.

Expected

1. Clicking on the Challenge title hyperlink in the email notification should take user to challenge details page.
2. Additionally, “CHECK IT OUT” link should be renamed to “OPEN DISCUSSION” and be a clearer call to action button (Green Topcoder Button).
