Updates the node_modules to latest version.

• The only package that was not updated was heroicons, because the next major version is just an entirely different set of icon, which isn't the point of upgrading a package. From the release note:

  Heroicons v2.0 is a brand new icon set with a different visual style, so don't feel like you need to upgrade to avoid "being on the old version".

• Also, another note. In react 18 they did some changes that might trigger confusion amongst devs:

  No suppression of console logs: When you use Strict Mode, React renders each component twice to help you find unexpected side effects. In React 17, we’ve suppressed console logs for one of the two renders to make the logs easier to read. In response to community feedback about this being confusing, we’ve removed the suppression.
