@nursoltan-s - These issues popped up in QA:

Issue 1

The closed phases which are shown as disabled in WM gets enabled when saving some other enabled dates, and the date changes are not saved in WM

Issue 2

Dates are not getting changed in WM when the submission phase is open(Steps- Open Registration and submission phases from OR and make a date change in any other phase and save from WM. Now check the changed dates)

Issue 3

When entering durations in the Registration and Submission duration fields, the field gets disabled before entering the full value: For example try to enter 34 or 48 in these two fields
